1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and JAYSR SOLUTIONS LLC, doing business as J Funded Credit Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), covering your use of the Repair Intelligence Circle website (the "Site") and the Repair Intelligence Circle community ("RIC"). By using the Site or joining RIC, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or join RIC.

2. What RIC is

RIC is an education and training community for people who run, or are building, a credit repair business. It includes lessons, downloadable files, live calls, call replays and a member community.

RIC is education only. We do not provide credit repair services to consumers through RIC. We are not a law firm, and nothing on the Site or in RIC is legal, financial or tax advice. For advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.

3. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any result, including deletions, credit score changes, funding approvals, clients, revenue or income. What you get out of RIC depends on your own work, your business and many factors outside our control.

You are responsible for running your business in compliance with the laws that apply to it, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and your state's laws.

4. AI tools

RIC teaches the use of AI tools, including Claude. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything an AI tool produces before you use it with a client, a bureau, a creditor or anyone else, and for protecting your clients' personal information when you use these tools.

Claude is a separate product made by Anthropic. It is not included in your RIC membership, and your use of it is governed by Anthropic's own terms and pricing. RIC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.

5. Membership, billing and cancellation

You join RIC through Skool. Your membership, billing, payment method and cancellation are handled by Skool and are subject to Skool's terms. The price is shown on Skool when you join. You can cancel at any time through Skool.

6. Use of the material

All lessons, files, templates, prompts, recordings and other RIC material belong to us or our licensors. While your membership is active, you may use the material in your own business, including adapting the templates for your own clients.

You may not:

Share your login or give anyone else access to RIC

Copy, resell, republish or distribute RIC material, in whole or in part, outside your own business

Post RIC material publicly, including recordings of live calls

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Community rules

When you take part in the community or on live calls, you agree to:

Treat other members with respect

Never post a client's personal information, including names, report screenshots or account numbers, unless it is fully redacted

Not promote or ask for help with illegal tactics, including CPNs or file segregation

Not spam or advertise to other members without permission

8. Third-party services

RIC uses third-party services, including Skool and Zoom. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and RIC are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or RIC.

10. Trademarks

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Skool, Zoom, Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are trademarks of their owners. RIC is not part of, affiliated with or endorsed by any of these companies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site or RIC after a change means you accept the updated terms.
